What is your return policy?
Online + Stores, for or Domestic purchases, unwashed, unworn, unused, unhemmed, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased Online or our Brick & Mortar may be returned within 30 days after the
day of your purchase for a refund or exchange.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. Returned merchandise must be presented in its original condition with the tag attached. Bodysuits are final sale and therefore are not eligible for return. All sale items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for return. Cloth + Design gift cards are non-refundable.

• No price adjustments on final sale products.
• We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
• We do not provide return labels for return orders.
 
How do I return an item?
You can return an item within 30 days of purchase by shipping the item(s) back to our brick & mortar location in Wilmington, NC.
 
How should I ship my return?
Please pack and seal your box or mailer securely in the original package if possible. Remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the box/mailer. If you don't have the original box/mailer, please use a plain, unmarked cardboard box or mailer to ship your return. You can send your merchandise back to us using the below address, using any traceable method at your own expense.

Who pays the shipping fee for my return?
The customer is responsible for return shipping, and will be responsible for the item(s) if there are any damages or alterations.
 
How long does it take to receive my refund?
To make a return and receive your refund bring your item(s) to our Brick & Mortar location or mail your merchandise to our Brick & Mortar location (address is above). Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

A credit will then be issued in the original form of payment. If your original form of payment was a credit card, please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account. This may vary depending on your financial institution. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when your return has been processed.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. In store cash transactions are exchange only or a refund will be issued to a gift card.
